About Us
Hydrophase, Inc. was founded in 1995 by
James Carr, LPG, to provide assistance in meeting groundwater and
environmental challenges for diverse clients. Mr. Carr began his career
in the late 1980s, and over the years worked as a project geologist and
manager at many environmental sites, assessing the level of
contamination in the soil and groundwater. These include sites
throughout the Midwest, and also in Florida, Wyoming and Mississippi.

federal/state regulations have been essential in investigating sites
impacted by petroleum products, chlorinated solvents, and inorganic
contaminants, in addition to development and protection of drinking
